Fully equipped American style kitchen - with large fridge freezer with ice-maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, teapot and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware you will need.

Diner - with dining table and 6 chairs and patio doors overlooking the pool area.

Lounge - with 2 sofas (1 double bed fold out), coffee tables, T.V & DVD player, Cathedral ceiling and patio doors overlooking the pool area.

Bedroom 1 - with king size bed, walk in closet, T.V and en-suite shower room (double shower, twin sinks and w/c) with access to pool area.

Bedroom 2 - with queen size bed, built in wardrobe, and T.V.

Bedroom 3 - with twin beds and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 - with twin beds and built in wardrobe.

Bathroom - bath with overhead shower, sink and w/c.

Pool Area - screen enclosed pool with water heater (extra charge if required) covered lanai with patio furniture.

Garage - with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

All towels and bedding are supplied.
